This site is all about living in Osaka.
I’ve been living in Osaka for about 4 1/2 years and this site is about life in Japan’s second city.
I hope in some way it will be helpful to people living or considering to live in Osaka. You won’t find a glamorous portrayal or a tourist-eye view of this great city but I will present things as I experience them.
As well as Osaka, I’ll probably cover the nearby cities of Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara which are part of the Kinki/Kansai area. As Osaka is part of Japan (duh!) I’ll also occasionally have articles/posts about Japan too but the main focus will be on Osaka.
To get a balanced view I will ask some famous friends for their insight and opinions and if you have any questions I’ll gladly answer them as best I can.
